Make physical activity easier!
· Make gradual changes to increase your level of physical activity
· Incorporate physical activity into your daily routines (walk or bike to school/work, walk to do errands, etc)
· Clean house - include the whole
family, set a timer for 15 minutes and see how much you can get done. Make a game out of it.

· Don’t just sit while you watch TV, get up and stretch, do some sit-ups and push-ups. Try doing jumping jacks during the commercial breaks.

· Wear a pedometer and walk 10,000 steps a day.
· Take the stairs instead of an elevator, escalator, or ramp.

· Reach for your bike helmet instead of your car keys. Biking to work and school gets you physically active and saves you money on gas. And you won’t have to worry about finding a parking space.
